Morning Prayer: June 26th

O God, I am grateful for the order you bring to my life. If I will just follow,  your way is clear.

As I live into this day, remove my impatience for instant results. Slow me down so that I do not overlook what you would have me see. Fortify my spirit for the bumps in the road. Sustain my confidence that I can do what you would have me do.

Today, I will focus on doing what you would have me do – not on my timetable, but yours. Help me to stop and remember your goodness to me and to all of your people that I may be grateful in all things. In the blessed name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
