Gracious God, the promise of this morning invites me to live trusting in your grace for my life today. Even as my eyes open, the light of day reminds me of your faithfulness to me and all creation.
You are always doing a new thing, Eternal One. You call my earthly eyes to see heavenly substance and hope. Grant me vision to see possibility in the impossible, to see the substance of hope in a world filled with darkness. I am thankful for the new things available to faithful seeing each day. As I begin this day, I commit everything to you, God; all my hopes, dreams, and desires. In the matchless name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
